func Setup528_FlexSPI()

Setup528_FlexSPI setups the CCM to run the ARM Core (AHB clock) from PLL_528 with constant 528 MHz clock. The other clocks are set to almost default configuration. The main exception is PLL_ARM which is turned off to save some power. Furthermore the GPT and PIT timers are clocked directly from 24 MHz to allow changin AHB clock without affecting their speed.

Setup528_FlexSPI assumes that the code is executed from the NOR SPI Flash connected to the FlexSPI controller. The controller is configured by the bootloader according to the Serial NOR Config Block (see IMXRT1060RM_rev3 9.13.2).
