<in linux, start simple cluster>

cd bin
cd AssigneerDeployment
[change conf/assign.conf]
bash assigneer/start.sh
cd ..
cd KeeperDeployment
bash keeper/new_keeper [keeper_name] [machineIP:ListeningPort] [keeperID] [DBServerHost]
cd [keeper_name]
bash start_ICC.sh
