Overview

Package providershim wraps the core Books Terraform Provider.

It is named "shim" because it translates idiomatic Go into code that more tightly integrates with the Terraform interfaces (which have lots of `interface{}` and internal patterns like diagnostics). The "actual" implementation lives in `pkg/booksprovider`.

It composes all of the resources and data sources as well as provider arguments into one struct.
