func AbsPathify(workingDir, inPath string) string

AbsPathify creates an absolute pathspec if given a working dir and a relative pathspec. If already absolute, the pathspec is just cleaned.

func Filename(in string) (name string)

Filename takes a file pathspec, strips out the extension, and returns the name of the file.

PathNoExt takes a pathspec, strips out the extension, and returns the name of the file.
