Experimental Ruby language server

Introduction

This Dockerfile adds experimental Ruby language support for Sourcegraph.

Thanks to the castwide/solargraph project for providing the language server that's wrapped by lsp-adapter in this image.

Overview

Command solargraph-wrapper starts up solargraph in the workspace root (after reading the initialize request). It also proxies the TCP connection of solargraph over stdin/stdout.
