func GetOpenFds(pid int) (int, error)

GetOpenFds returns the number of open fds for the process provided by pid

func GetSubreaper

GetSubreaper returns the subreaper setting for the calling process

SetSubreaper sets the value i as the subreaper setting for the calling process
