告警服务

运行单测

需要一个 mysql 实例, 可通过环境变量 MYSQL_ADDR, MYSQL_USER, MYSQL_PASSWORD, MYSQL_DATABASE 指定。

他们的默认值是 127.0.0.1:3306, root, 123456, alarmd_test。
