Mkfs creates a filesystem of given type and provided label in the device or file. The device size provides hints for additional tuning of the created filesystem.

Mkfs creates a filesystem of given type and provided label in the device or file. The filesystem is populated with contents of contentRootDir. The device size provides hints for additional tuning of the created filesystem.
