sms command line tool

The sms tool allows sending short messages from the command line to an SMSC server.

Example:

SMPP_USER=root SMPP_PASSWD=secret sms send bart lisa hi

The query command may not work on certain SMSCs.

SMPP client for the command line.

We bind to the SMSC as a transmitter, therefore can do SubmitSM (send Short Message) or QuerySM (query for message status). The latter may not be available depending on the SMSC.
