Telegram Helpdesk Bot

This is a simple Telegram bot that can be used as a helpdesk for your customers.

You can add it to your Telegram group, and it will listen to messages from your customers and forward them to your support team.

To reply to a customer, your support team can reply to the message and the bot will forward the message back.

How to use

1. Add the bot to your Telegram group with support team
2. Rename .env.example to .env and fill in the required values (or set them as environment variables)
3. Run the bot with.
