func MkdirAllNewAs

func MkdirAllNewAs(path string, mode os.FileMode, ownerUID, ownerGID int) error

MkdirAllNewAs creates a directory (include any along the path) and then modifies ownership ONLY of newly created directories to the requested uid/gid. If the directories along the path exist, no change of ownership will be performed Copied from vendor/github.com/mrunalp/fileutils/idtools.go

func TempDir

func TempDir(basedir, prefix string) (string, error)

TempDir wraps the ioutil.TempDir and add logic to handle private temp directories on OSX. This is needed in order to allow mounting configuration/certificates into Docker as the Docker for Mac only allows mounting from "/tmp".
