IBFT - Simulation

This is a simulation package to test various scenarios for the iBFT package. THIS IS NOT E2E TESTING

The scenarios package contains different types of simulations that can be exteded, modified, etc. This is a useful tool to just run the iBFT and look at the logs to spot issues or verify fixes.
