func NoopWatchHandler(config *kubeconfig.KubeConfig, stopInformerCh <-chan struct{}) error

NoopWatchHandler watches a newly created informer for updates and does nothing with this. This is to make sure our goroutines work properly by making this the first call to the WatchResources
