func GetTrafficPlugin(pluginName string) (rpc.TrafficRouterPlugin, error)
GetTrafficPlugin returns a singleton plugin client for the given traffic router plugin. Calling this multiple times returns the same plugin client instance for the plugin name defined in the rollout object.
