Telegram Bot API

Limited Telegram Bot API implementation. Not tested by any means except in my pet projects.

Why this lib and not lib X ?

Absolutely no reason. I don't recomend using this lib since I did absolutely nothing to make it usable by others or even test properly. If you use this - you are on your own. So please don't contact me with problems. Contribution is welcomed though.
