func NewCollector ¶
Collects akinet.TLSClientHello and akinet.TLSServerHello messages and processes them into TLS-connection metadata. The downstream collector will receive one akinet.TLSConnectionMetadata per completed TLS handshake, summarizing what was observed about the handshake.
