GetDeprecatedResourceReplacement allows us to get resource replacement based on the regex deprecationMessageRegex

func RelativeLink(title string, path string) string

RelativeLink allows us to get relative link to the resource/datasource in the same subtree. Will have to change when we introduce subcategories.
