Fresh Golang rewrite of the KittyBot project.

Optional CLI Flags:

• --sync-commands=true: Synchronize commands with the discord.
• --sync-db=true: Synchronize database.
• --exit-after-sync=true: Exit after db & commands sync.

$ go install github.com/go-jet/jet/v2/cmd/jet@latest

$ jet -dsn=postgresql://user:pass@localhost:5432/jetdb?sslmode=disable -schema=public -path=./db/.gen
