DateTimeFormat const is defined in go 1.20 in time.DateTime remove when swagger circleci image is updated to go 1.20.

Capitalize returns the string with its first character capitalized.

func Ptr

func Ptr[T any](v T) *T

Ptr returns a pointer to a literal. Use for initializations. e.g., var pb *bool = Ptr(true).
