Namesilo DNS Operator
Kubernetes operator to watch Ingress objects, and update Namesilo DNS records.
Can be executed "just once" using update, or can be run as an operator with watch.
Usage:
nsdns (update|watch) --domain <domain.name> --ingress-class <some-class>
