OpenDB opens the database from 'path' and creates initial tables

func SaveWork

func SaveWork(db *sql.DB, work fetcher.Work, filepath string) error

SaveWork saves fetcher.Work data into DB, creates Circle, Tags and Voice Actors if not present on DB and updates Filepath value if Work exists on DB
