func GetIntegrationTestsProjectID() (projectID string, creds *google.Credentials)
GetIntegrationTestsProjectID check that the current project has a name that contains 'ram-build' and return the project ID avoiding that integration tests resource creation, deletion occur in a project that is not dedicated to that puppose.
