func IsOpenShiftNamespace(ns string) bool

IsOpenShiftNamespace returns true if ns is a namespace in the defined hardcoded map. We should only add new namespaces into this hardcoded list but never delete the existing ones in the namespace list to avoid backward compatibility issues.
