NCMconverter将ncm文件转换为mp3或者flac文件

使用

USAGE:
   NCMConverter.exe [global options] <files/dirs>

GLOBAL OPTIONS:
   --output value, -o value  output dir
   --tag, -t                 if adding tag to music file (default: true)
   --thread value, -n value  max thread count (default: 10)
   --help, -h                show help (default: false)
   --version, -v             print the version (default: false)
