transpose a dataframe

Description

transpose index and columns of the dataframe and reflect the DataFrame over its main diagonal by writing rows as columns

Implementation details

Input Data - [][]interface{} or map[string]interface{} : map key is column name, map value are column values. Optional=False Params

OutputType - [][]interface{} or map[string]interface{} : transposed dataframe
