func GetSize(w io.Writer) (width, height int, err error)

GetSize returns the visible dimensions of the given terminal.

These dimensions don't include any scrollback buffer height.

func MustGetSize

func MustGetSize(w io.Writer) (width, height int)

MustGetSize returns the visible dimensions of the given terminal.

If there is an error determining the terminal size, this function returns a default size.
