csvtbl - generate table form CSV

csvtbl [-md|-plain] [filename]

Format CSV into table using Unicode box characters, space aligned tab separated plain text and Markdown table.

If a file name isn't present it reads form STDIN.

Options:

-md	output Markdown table
-plain	output Plain text table
