Contains works out if a string slice contains a given string element

GenerateRandomBytes returns securely generated random bytes. It will return an error if the system's secure random number generator fails to function correctly, in which case the caller should not continue.

Load loads the file at path into v. Use os.IsNotExist() to see if the returned error is due to the file being missing.
