func Encode(

	noStrings, noNumbers bool,
	types, modifiers []string) []uint32

Encode returns the LSP encoding of a sequence of tokens. The noStrings, noNumbers options cause strings, numbers to be skipped. The lists of types and modifiers determines the bitfield encoding.
