¶
This is a simple test tool for the command line
sends a simple string (-c) to a webhook url (-url <webhook>)
and can also optionally send a file (-file <path>)
it can also delete webhook messages via (-delete <messageID>)
or edit webhook messages via (-edit <messageID>)
Might be updated to do more eventually
