Multithreaded 'hello world'

Inferring parameters of the Normal distribution, with multiple chains running concurrently. Basic usage:

./mt [data.csv]

If the argument is not provided, the example runs on embedded data for self-check. Run

./mt -h 

for the list of command line options.
