Overview ¶
Brexp is a simple tool which helps working with trees in newick format. It has three modes: "brlen" will export all the branch lengths, "brtree" and "selectome" will export tree with branch number labels in godon or selectome numbering style respectively.
By default it reads a tree from stdin.
