Controller is used to synchronize the installation, upgrade and uninstallation of cluster event persistence components.

func NewController(client clientset.Interface, persistentEventInformer platformv1informer.PersistentEventInformer, resyncPeriod time.Duration) *Controller

NewController creates a new Controller object.

func (c *Controller) Run(workers int, stopCh <-chan struct{}) error

Run will set up the event handlers for types we are interested in, as well as syncing informer caches and starting workers.
