ParseCMD

The ParseCMD() method takes a command line and parses it into an execv-compatible slice of strings.

args, err := unixutils.ParseCMD("/bin/sh -c 'echo \"Hello world!\"'")
//args will be: ["/bin/sh", "-c", "echo \"Hello world!\"]
