ReadAndUnseal reverses SealAndPersist, uses SGX product key it attempts to decrypt the file

SealAndPersist uses SGX's Unique measurement key to encrypt the contents string to filepath string (note: filepath location must be accessible via ego mounts config in enclave.json)
