Contacts Service
The Contacts service maintains a human-readable address book. Remembering peer IDs and multi-addresses isn't very convenient, so this service lets you provide friendly names to your contacts.

Overview ¶
Package contacts is an application to manage contacts.
A contact is simply a name and a peer ID. You can add contacts and find the peer ID of a contact from its name.
