func AddStatusSyncers(mgr ctrl.Manager, managerConfig *config.ManagerConfig) ( dbsyncer.BundleRegisterable, error, )
AddStatusSyncers performs the initial setup required before starting the runtime manager. adds controllers and/or runnables to the manager, registers handler functions within the dispatcher
and create bundle functions within the bundle.
