func BodyOrEmptyJsonObj(c *fiber.Ctx) []byte
BodyOrEmptyJsonObj returns request body or an empty JSON object buffer otherwise.

ComputeDeviceId computes xxh3 hash of the given byte slices. This is the same as Xxh3 function.
