Golang Project - Pkg Directory

Welcome to the pkg directory of our Golang project. This directory contains the packages that are meant to be reusable and shared across multiple components within the project or even outside the project. These packages are designed with proper abstractions to make them easily maintainable and extensible.

Structure

The structure of the pkg directory is as follows:

Usage

To use a package from the pkg directory, simply import it in your Go code using the project's import path. For example, if your project's import path is github.com/username/project, and you want to import package1, you would do:

import "github.com/username/project/pkg/package1"

Contributing

To contribute to any of the packages in the pkg directory, follow these steps:

1. Fork the repository and clone it to your local machine.
2. Create a new branch with a descriptive name, like feature/package1-enhancement.
3. Make your changes or add new packages to the pkg directory.
4. Write tests for your changes or new features.
5. Ensure that all tests pass and your code is formatted according to the project's coding standards.
6. Commit your changes and push them to your forked repository.
