NewController initializes the controller and is called by the generated code Registers event handlers to enqueue events

Reconciler implements controller.Reconciler for Topic resources.

Reconcile compares the actual state with the desired, and attempts to converge the two. It then updates the Status block of the Topic resource with the current status of the resource.
