@Description: 获取配置
@param key 节 格式：xxx.xxx.xxx

func Init(newProjectName string, newFileName string, configContents [][]byte)

Init

@Description: 初始化，原则上只在服务启动的时候执行一次
@param newProjectName 服务名称，默认为空
@param newFileName 配置文件路径，默认为./config.yaml
@param configContents 配置文件内容
