Test cases to be embedded
The spec_*.json files will be embedded in the binary. These JSON files are used
to test the specification.
To update, edit the spec_list.json and run download_specs.go.

This package downloads the test cases from the official spec repository.
Edit the "spec_list.json" file to add the specs you want to download.
