The Decode method will first decode and then overwrite the data in the input *bytes.Buffer.

func (f *Flate) Encode(v []byte) (*bytes.Buffer, error)

Encode compresses the given bytes using Deflate compression, returning the compressed data in a new bytes.Buffer.
