Phosphorus

This binary is used by test_runner recipe to provision DUTs, run tests against DUTs and upload results to TKO. It is a wrapper around autoserv and tko/parse based on lucifer: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/infra/lucifer.

It also contains commands for the build_parallels_image recipe to provision DUTs.
